Mr. Rakesh Sharma is an experienced mining operations leader with over 36 years of professional experience across domestic and international mining environments. He brings deep expertise in open-cast and underground hard-rock metal mining, mineral exploration, and end-to-end mine operations management.
His technical experience spans a wide range of commodities, including iron ore, zinc, lead, limestone, precious stones, and building stone, along with feasibility studies, mine planning, production optimization, and operational execution. Mr. Sharma has a strong track record of managing complex mining operations while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from MBM Engineering College, JNV University, an MBA in Operations Management, and a First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous). As Chief Mines Manager, he is responsible for mine development, production oversight, operational performance, and implementation of best-in-class mining practices across ETS Mining Corporation's projects.
